The ‘Structured Forum’ is a tool enabling a more organized, and therefore more effective’, electronic discussion, than the ‘simple’ Forums we all know. It offers the user the capability to enter particular types of posting in an electronic discussion, e.g. problems-issues, or possible alternative solutions to a problem-issue that the same or another user has entered, or even advantages-disadvantages of a solution that the same or another user has entered, etc.
